2025 Swim Courses – 3km and 1.5km swims
The 3km swim starts at Nepean Sailing Club, runs 2km down the river and then turns right and heads toward Windsurfers Beach to finish.
The 1.5km swim starts at Britannia Windsurfers Beach and runs counter-clockwise in a shallow triangle. Swimmers turn at 700 metres, swim a short 100m, before turning back toward the beach and gently merging with the 3km swimmers to the finish.
