Race Kit Pickup
Race Kit Pick-up is on Thursday July 9th from 5-8pm and Friday, July 10th from 12-8 pm at the Nepean Sailing Club (NSC), 3259 Carling Avenue, at Dick Bell Park. While you’re there, check out the course, swim start line, and club facilities. Pick up swag if you pre-ordered, or buy a towel or shirt on-site! Enjoy a beverage and pre-race meal or snack on the Nepean Sailing Club’s deck.
Race kit pick-up will also provide an opportunity for any final changes to your registration regarding use of wetsuits or non-wetsuits.
There is limited race-kit pickup Saturday morning of the swim from 7:00am–7:30am. Please plan to be early, and avoid a last minute rush before the swim start. All 1.5K swimmers must pick up their race kit at the Nepean Sailing Club on Thursday or Friday or Saturday morning before they go to Britannia Park. There will be no race kit pick up at Britannia Park on Saturday morning.
If you cannot pick up your race kit in person, it’s okay to have a friend or family member pick it up for you!
Timing Chip Distribution: once again, we will be using Sportstats to provide timing and as an added safety feature for our swim event. Timing chips will be distributed Saturday morning at the swim start area from 7:00 – 7:45 am. All swimmers need to have a timing chip to be permitted in the water as part of this event.
Fundraising
Fundraising can be done through the E2RM portal, or through your individual fundraising page once registered. Be sure to invite friends and family to help out by sponsoring your participation in the Bring on the Bay swim. It’s for a great cause!

All registrations are final: Swimmers who register but subsequently find themselves unable to participate are welcome to transfer their registrations to other swimmers. A registered swimmer who wishes to transfer his or her registration is responsible for finding someone to take over the registration.
If you are unable to transfer your registration, Easter Seals may be able to issue you a tax receipt for your donation. Tax rules do not permit donation receipts to be issued if you actually swim.
Bad Weather: We are anticipating incredible weather for the swim event. However, in the unlikely case of severe weather (lightning, low visibility, strong northwest winds with resulting high waves as well as air quality), the swim will be delayed a short while or possibly canceled. We will make every attempt to run the event safely and on time. We will try to give you as much notice as possible using email, Facebook and X (@Bringonthebay). Please sign up so you can follow us! If the event is completely canceled or you cannot swim with us, Easter Seals may be able to issue you a tax receipt for your donation. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds possible! We appreciate your understanding.
